1. Poster Making Competition

Science Day is around the corner and now we need to start from somewhere. So we are starting with a poster making competition. The better part is that it is open to all NISER students and faculty and anyone else who is interested. The competition is on and you can start to let your imagination take wings. Be it an explanation of some phenomenon or a presentation of an innovative idea, all are welcome. These posters may at a later time adore the walls of NISER so you have a wonderful opportunity to be remembered always through your posters.

Please submit your posters by 26th February to Swagat Sourav Mishra (4th Semester).

2. Science Day Celebrations

Well folks, we are going to observe the National Science Day on February 28, 2010 jointly with the Institute of Physics. It will be a two day event with school students coming on February 28 and programs for NISER students on February 27 and February 28.
