POSTER GUIDELINES

For presenters

  • Poster sessions will be held in virtual rooms using FRAME (https://framevr.io/)
  • Each room will have 5 presenters.
  • Each presenter would have their own kiosk to present their material.
  • Basic instructions on how to insert images, videos, 3D models, photo-spheres etc can be found at: https://learn.framevr.io/#learn
  • The presenters have full freedom on how they wish to organize information within their allotted space. We encourage creativity on part of the presenters.
  • We strongly recommend all presenters to familiarize themselves with FRAME before the start of the conference.
  • We will be holding tutorial sessions towards the end of November. The goal of the tutorial would be to help presenters get acquainted with FRAME and answer any questions they may have on it. More information on this will be sent in a follow-up email.
  • A demo room in FRAME has been setup. Please connect and visit kiosk B and kiosk F on the link below: https://framevr.io/niser
  • All presenters must also make a pdf of their poster which can be put up on the conference website. The pdf uploaded on the website must be of A0 poster size.
